When do I need to return products by?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return products for free within 30 days from receipt for purchases made in Spain.
All Le Tiaré products can be returned within 30 days so long as they are unused in their original packaging and with the seal intact.
How can I return a product?
All Le Tiaré products can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused in their original packaging and with the seal intact.
To return any products purchased through our website please request a return by logging into your account and clicking on “Request Return” in the “Orders” section.
Our team will process the request in 1 to 2 business days.
For returns within Spain, we will organize and send you a return label and instructions to process the return. All returns within Spain are free of charge.
For returns from outside of Spain, the client will need to organise the return and bear any cost (except where the product received was incorrect or has been severely damaged).
Return and exchange requests will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days, and the amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products.

What can I do if I have received a damaged or incorrect product?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product please contact our customer service at orders@le-tiare.com and providing us with:
- your name
- contact details (email and telephone number)
- order number
We will endeavour to respond within 2 business days and will take care of organizing the return as quickly as possible.
